These terms govern use of BidTop (bidtop.site) and any paid bid you place on the leaderboard.

The service
BidTop is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard of websites. Anyone can list a product by submitting a URL and paying a bid from ₹10. Rank is decided only by total rupees bid. Listings are advertisements, not reviews or endorsements.
No account
There is nothing to sign up for. The website URL you enter is how we identify the listing. The same URL later tops up that listing instead of creating a duplicate.
Payments
Payments are collected by Razorpay. A listing is created or increased only after the payment is confirmed. Until then, nothing is charged and no rank is reserved. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
Your listing
You confirm that you are allowed to advertise the website you submit, that the URL works, and that the product is legal in India. We may edit a name or tagline for length or clarity. We may remove listings that are dead, malicious, fraudulent, adult, or otherwise illegal in India. Removal for those reasons does not come with a refund.
Rank is not guaranteed
A position can be taken as soon as another payment clears above you. Paying does not lock a rank, a number of visits, or a length of time on the board.
Outbound links
Visit links on the board are sponsored referrals. We may append tracking parameters so the destination can see the traffic came from BidTop. We are not responsible for what happens on those websites.
Acceptable use
Do not use BidTop to launder payments, spam the board, impersonate another product, or list anything prohibited under Indian law. We may refuse or reverse a listing that breaks this.
Liability
The board is provided as is. To the extent Indian law allows, BidTop is not liable for lost rank, lost traffic, or business outcomes after you appear on the board. Our liability for a paid bid is limited to the amount you paid for that bid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
